UGirl Speaks is a series of workshops provided for the staff and/or students focusing on life skills and support services for the students.
UGIRL CAN!
Self-esteem workshops that address key topics, including the impact of social media on mainstream society, ideals surrounding their personal appearance, and provide strategies to boost the participants' self confidence.
CSEC 101
Workshop addresses the foundation for learning, understanding, and working with victims and survivors of CSEC and focus on PREVENTION. The workshops provide a foundational knowledge of commercial sexual exploitation and domestic trafficking of youth. There will be a specific focus in regards to the language, criminal behaviors, market forces (supply and demand) motivation, and the relationship between the trauma experienced by the victims of CSE and domestic trafficking.

Workshop addresses the subtle and overt differences between passive, aggressive, and assertive behaviors displayed by individuals. Participants will learn how to navigate relationships with individuals displaying such behaviors, and how recognize these behaviors within themselves. They will also gain tools on how to assert themselves in stressful situations involving passive and aggressive displayed by individuals.
